The best afternoon I have spent in a long time!



You will be so glad you went on this "tour." It isn't often you get the chance to see a boat such as this, much less sail on it, much less DRIVE IT!! The crew is wonderful. They are the nicest people - very welcoming and inclusive. I went alone but was immediately welcomed "into the fold" and felt perfectly at home with them. The ride is amazing. Gorgeous scenery you can't get anywhere but from a sailboat, wonderfully serene and FUN! This boat is definitely an attention getter on the water, and all the other boats want to be near her. I would have happily paid twice as much to do this, but the fee they charge is nothing compared to what you receive in return. You must do this when you visit San Diego!

Great boat and great crew



The boat is an amazing experience for the sailor or non-sailor. It is a rare opportunity to have a ride on not only a such famous boat, but also such a finely engineered boat. The boat is stable and fast. The Crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and engaging. They shared history and sailing knowledge while creating a fun atmosphere flying past all the other boats in the San Diego Bay! I would highly recommend this attraction for the thrill of the ride and the accommodation of the crew.





The best sailing I've ever experienced!



If you like sailing, you really need to get on this boat and be around a crew that has Lynn and Steve on it. Very few people would have the oppportunity to sail as well as they do on a boat designed for racing for the America's cup. Their professionalism provides the opportunity to sail not only really fast but safely as well. To sum it up, I bought a USA 11 t- shirt and sweatshirt. I look forward to sailing with them again. Thanks again Lynn and Steve.

We sailed with SAIL USA at the end of June, 2009, and it was absolutely amazing. Our family of 5 (including two 10 year olds and one teenager) were complete novices. The crew was exceptionally friendly and engaging from the moment we arrived. The cruise lasted for nearly three hours, and we were able to participate as much or as little as we wanted. Our teenager, who at age 16 can be hard to motivate, was instantly involved. One of the best parts was chatting with the crew throughout the sail. We learned and laughed alot! It is absolutely the best way to see San Diego from the water, and an experience we will never forget. We recommend sailing with SAIL USA without reservation!
